The 4th Annual Trooper Brinkerhoff 5K Race/Walk and newly added 10K (runners only) will be held on Saturday, June 16, 2012 at the Boston Town Park. Registration and packets will be available on Friday, June 15 from 5-8pm in the lower level of the Town Hall. Day-of registration and timing chip pick-up begins at 8:00 am with a Kid's Fun Run taking place at 9:30. The 5K & 10K race and walk begin promptly at 10:00 followed by post race food, drinks, awards, beer, and music. 5K awards given to top male and female overall runners, top male and female law enforcement officers, and 5-year age groups through 75+; 10K awards will be in 10 year age groups beginning with under 20, 20-29, 30-39, and so on thru 60+. Awards also given to winners of 5K Team Challenge in the Law Enforcement and Fire/Rescue categories.

Members of Law Enforcement and Fire/Rescue agencies are encouraged to form 3-member teams and use your total time to compete against each other. David liked nothing more than working with all agencies serving and protecting the local communities and what could be better than a little friendly competition thrown in?

Join us for a challenging 5K/10K race course, or a beautiful walk, around the valley in the town of Boston.
